I had to download this stinking pile because my local library used it for some of their eBooks. It was... Okay. A mediocre reader. Three stars; not really worth the time to complain about. Then it had an update. It demanded that I "reauthorize" as if it had lost all my details. I tried with my Adobe ID (which I had to get to use the damn thing in the first place) - it didn't work. I reset my password and tried again. Didn't work. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Did not work. I'd type in my ID and password, it would "authorize" then immediately reload the same screen again, asking to reauthorize. I did this three times in a row. I clicked the back arrow on the screen and get an error, telling me I'm not authorized and can't access my eBooks. I took it to a librarian. They had since dumped this app and use Overdrive instead. After installing that and re-downloading my library books in able to read my borrowed eBooks again. Adobe! You have a standard you're supposed to live up to. This app is terrible! Uninstalling...now.
So buggy. Froze every time I tried to use it to read a standard .acm file. If you can get your document in any other format, I strongly urge you to do that instead.
Its a worst app... It doesn't work on my tab properly and I can't also highlight the text.... It frozes again and again. I just uninstalled it
Absolutely useless for reading ePub books from the library. Will not open the files at all. Using Overdrive app instead, authorized with my Adobe ID. Uninstalling this app now.
Only opens books on one of my 2 devices. It is also unnecessarily hard to navigate in the app
App would be more useful if it could actually open and read files designed for Adobe Digital Editions. On the plus side, performance is consistent with MacOS and iOS. It can't read files there either. Did anyone at Adobe actually run the program before releasing it? One wonders...
