Ratings and reviews

Some strange behavior from the most recent update. In the gallery view, images look normal but once I open the image to edit it, the colors invert or shift into their negative color, making editing near impossible. The only way to see how an image will come out is to view it from the edited image gallery. When I export the image, it looks fine. Only while editing, the colors completely shift. Curiously, I tried making a screen recording of the behavior, but it looks normal there.

I like the recent UI changes but I'm experiencing a bug - images "shift" colors/saturation or maybe auto-edit when selected yet don't export the way it looks in app. All the edits made by me are saved but I have to squint at the thumbnail to get an accurate idea of what it looks like. Really annoying. I've connected with support 3x and couldn't help at all.

Photo editing? Yes. Video? No. To explain: you can only change length, orientation, and duration of the video. If you want to cut scenes out, speed them up, or any BASIC video editing, no. It does none of this. This isn't "Basic" video editing, it should be removed... But you can put filters on your videos. So, you know, what Snapchat does for free.
