Ratings and reviews

This app is trash now. I used to depend so heavily on it with my work flow. It used to run so fast that it was easier to work on photos on the app instead of desktop. Earlier this year it updated and now it's literally unusable. It can't load. Ever. Literally ever. If I open it and leave it on untouched for 20 minutes it might load. But then it crashes the moment I attempt to open a photo. It has really hurt my business work flow. I would give anything to go back to the old version.

Generally, I love this app for editing and organizing my photos. However, the latest update has resulted in frequent lagging and freezing, making it nearly unusable. The recent UI change has also made navigating needlessly complicated in an attempt to simplify the appearance. I wouldn't recommend this app in it's current state. Having read other reviews, it looks like this is the general consensus. It's not my phone, it's your update. Fix your app Adobe.

There are a lot of bugs. If you turn on auto import, it's constantly scanning until your battery is drained without anything new to import. Super annoying is when the app freezes and you can't see the android buttons because they are hidden. The app is limited in features compared to other platforms. Having sync on freezes the entire app while syncing. App constantly crashes and stops responding even while not doing anything. No idea how the dev response is relevant as I'm on premium already.
