Ratings and reviews

Generally, I love this app for editing and organizing my photos. However, the latest update has resulted in frequent lagging and freezing, making it nearly unusable. The recent UI change has also made navigating needlessly complicated in an attempt to simplify the appearance. I wouldn't recommend this app in it's current state. Having read other reviews, it looks like this is the general consensus. It's not my phone, it's your update. Fix your app Adobe.

There are a lot of bugs. If you turn on auto import, it's constantly scanning until your battery is drained without anything new to import. Super annoying is when the app freezes and you can't see the android buttons because they are hidden. The app is limited in features compared to other platforms. Having sync on freezes the entire app while syncing. App constantly crashes and stops responding even while not doing anything. No idea how the dev response is relevant as I'm on premium already.

I typically love this app. It's been amazing for me. Since yesterday, my app has crashed within a minute of using it repeatedly. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, and nothing will work. I've reset my phone and tried everything, and the app crashes after clicking on one image from my Canon Mirrorless R6. It's very frustrating and upsetting as now I need to figure out another solution to get my galleries out because this app has not been reliable.
