Ratings and reviews

You have to log in to desktop to use the images. Update: the above issue seems to have been resolved. My latest issues include not being able to use the app at all (despite paying money for it, it was buggy and not granting me access). After wasting a lot of time with customer support, they convinced me not to cancel... By offering me a free trial for three months. I agreed... Unfortunately, instead of providing a free trial, they decided to be sneaky and instead bill me twice a month.

I've paid for premium for over a year now. I'm giving 1 star because the UX/UI is inconsistent, buggy, and limited to say the least. It seems theres been an obvious decline in effort to repair or update these bugs/issues as of late. I had high hopes for this app to have fixed these issues by now. Considering how Adobe has several programs that have smooth, convenient/consistent UX/UI. If you're not planning to improve the app then let subscribers know so we can go elsewhere with our $. Thanks

Every image that I import has a severe loss of quality. The images are way smaller than the file size & when I zoom the image is pixelated. If I create a project w/ larger dimensions to accommodate for the small import, the image is extremely blurry. When exporting the images they're still incredibly small w/ horrible quality even w/o adjustments, & exporting w/ adjustments just makes everything worse. I've tried resizing images, using different file formats, etc. Nothing fixes the bad import.
