Ratings and reviews

This only gets 3 stars is that it's difficult to customize the settings to work for you. When setting up a trip, you have the option to choose transportation options, weather, sex, and default/custom topics. This is the only place where you can add custom topics, which doesn't make sense to me. In addition, there's no way to modify the default topics, which makes them pretty much useless for me (in addition to there being topics for things like fishing, which doesn't concern me). Moreover, it's not clear what impact weather/duration/sex actually has on the outputted packing list. If I were able to modify these topics (and the categories, etc.), that'd go a long ways towards a 5-star review. The other thing I'd love to see is the ability to de-duplicate items (i.e. if sunglasses appears in two topics, it only appears once in your packing list). I'd be happy to discuss these concerns further with the developer. ** EDIT: started having data consistency issues wherein items would disappear or be duplicated.

I really like this app but I wish it had the option of sorting the categories by family members/ people vs essentials etc. It's just easier to manage when you have a big family. When I first create a trip, I hateeeee that I have to hit plus signs for each thing I want to keep but then I have to go and manually delete everything I don't want. I wish it would save things that I packed and suggest it for a future trip instead of having to add and delete things over and over again. Otherwise, great

This app is amazing for planning what to pack in advance. when in comes to packing time, all of your items and todos are all right there for you. No more last minute "what did I forget?" You can also add custom items and categories and copy a past trip to start from a previously setup list. I can't think of a thing this is missing. Amazing.
