New to ADP cannot login! Wth? Just spent time with a local rep going over "account setup" and was told it may take one pay cycle to be able to use the app. The salesman sure leaves out the details! Now, Where are my posters?
still can't login so i can setup my message alert AND review my pay stubs from my cellphone as i once was able to do so, so i purchased a tablet and i tried opening this app so that i could possibly change my password and login from my tablet and cellphone AND guess what? Still not fixed!!!!! Guess ADP doesn't want its customers to have this convenience. Will have to take this into consideration when I choose a payroll service for 2016.
Log in error. Just like everyone else, since I purchased my new phone, I'm having issues logging in to my account. If this issue is not resolved soon I am considering another payroll service such as Paychex
