Cannot log in ADP locked me out of my account and required me to call because they decided that my pw needed to be changed. Changed pw, but have been using computer to log in and do payroll. Now, trying to use mobile app, and cannot log in again. Uninstalled then reinstalled app. Still no go. So frustrating, not sure what kind of updates you guys are doing, but it's of little use if your clients cannot access your site.
I just started with this app so far it's been going good.
This is my outlet to ADP.. i am furious! Today is the 3rd time your ap has not let me run payroll because it says i need to make a new password.problem is i do not have a computer available to me right now and i cannot run my payroll! YOU NEED TO CHANGE THIS !! GIVE US SOME NOTICE!!TELL US IT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED BEFORE OUR NEXT LOGIN!! I would soo love to be able to tell you how i really feel but i will refrain from the profanity!! QUIT SCREWING US OVER LIKE THIS!
The app does not allow access to time and attendance. Having to log in from a PC to review/approve leave is not convenient at all.
I wish you could access time and attendance information through this app.
