ADP Mobile Solutions provides you with an easy and convenient way to access payroll, time & attendance, benefits, and other vital HR information for you and your team.

- This app is available to the employees and managers of companies that use the following ADP products: Workforce Now, Vantage, Portal Self Service, Run, TotalSource, ALINE Card by ADP, Spending Account, and select products outside the US (ask your employer).

Ratings and reviews

We use this app to keep track of our pay and that feature has worked flawlessly. A few months ago we began using the clock in and out feature with no issues. But in the last few weeks I have been unable to clock out without getting an error message. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled, but no luck. It will work at a different location sometimes, but never when I'm at our office. I seem to be the only person this effects, but nothing on my end has changed.

This app is terrible. The developers seem to insist upon making changes just for the sake of change, altering the way the app works in a way that gets annoying. Recently, it takes anywhere from 4 to 7 attempts to even get the app to load properly. Every other time, I can't even clock in be cause the option is simply gone. I just want to clock in and out. Stop making it difficult.

Everything about the app is great, except all of a sudden the "clock" feature has disappeared. This means I can't clock in or out at work, which is a huge problem. I've tried troubleshooting this by Uninstalling the app, logging in and out, etc. It shows up once in awhile, but never with consistency. It was fine the first month of my job, then the Clock feature just stopped being an option.
