About this app

ADP Mobile Solutions provides you with an easy and convenient way to access payroll, time & attendance, benefits, and other vital HR information for you and your team.

- All the features listed below may not be available to you. If you have question, review the FAQs in the Settings menu in the app.

- This app is available to the employees and managers of companies that use the following ADP products: Workforce Now, Vantage, Portal Self Service, Run, TotalSource, ALINE Card by ADP, Spending Account, and select products outside the US (ask your employer).

Key Employee Features:

• View pay & W2 statements
• View & request time off
• Track time & attendance
o Punch in/out
o Create timesheets
o Update, edit, & approve time cards
• View pay card accounts
• View benefit plan information
• Contact colleagues

Key Manager Features:
• Approve time cards
• Approve time off
• View team calendars
• View executive dashboards

• All application requests and transactions are routed through ADP's secure servers
• All network traffic between the mobile device and the server is encrypted
• All employee information cached on the mobile device is encrypted
• Username and password protected
• Login sessions time out from inactivity
• Accounts locked out with excessive login failures
• Fast and easy login with Biometric Authentication
• Recover or reset forgotten user IDs and passwords

Supported Operating Systems
• Android 6.0 or higher

Investment options are available through the applicable entities for each retirement product. Investment options in the “ADP Direct Products” are available through ADP Broker-Dealer, Inc. (“ADP BD”), Member FINRA, an affiliate of ADP, INC, One ADP Blvd, Roseland, NJ 07068 (“ADP”) or (in the case of certain investments), ADP directly.

If an update is needed it will not open and you can't clock in. App itself is buggy and very slow. Not a great user interface. Insurance offered through is absolute joke at the cost of it. Clocking in doesn't register even though you clicked it. Where is a notification when it fails? I would recommend staying away from Adp as they can't seem to make it work correctly.

A headache that doesn't even include important features! If you like being shut out of your account on a regular basis, this is the app for you! I've worked at three different jobs that's started with ADP, and it was always an awful experience, and all three of the companies eventually switched to a different platform. Over it! One feature that's very important that it still doesn't have is the ability to fix missed or incorrect punches.

Constant errors, "unable to connect to server". Also keep getting "unknown error occurred" when trying to save the time card and occasionally won't let me sign in. These are temporary issues but still annoying and shouldn't happen so frequently. Also can't delete alerts, just says an error occurred. The app had gotten slow and clunky over the past year or so.

Please try clearing your phone's cache, deleting and reloading the app, and ensuring you are running the latest version of your phone's OS. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please contact your company administrator usually the payroll/hr contact at your company and they can reach out to their ADP Tech team to troubleshoot. DS.
