I hoped for the best... So, my job just gave me my card, so i decided to download the app. When i read the reviews, people said that there were problems logging in, but i thought that it wouldn't be my problem, because some people said that it was fine for them. But as soon as i tried to log in, it said my info was wrong. But when i signed in online successfully, i realized that the app was at fault, not me. Now, i just go online and look at my info. The app needs an update that will allow me to acually sign in, then it'l be good.
I downloaded this awful app because my work switched pay cards and I can't even log in even though I can log in just fine on the website (which is also terrible and extremely buggy) this is ridiculous I want to be able to check my balance on my phone not have to log in to the website or call the number all the time. I know I'm putting in my username and password right so what's the issue?
Great app, before all the issues! I use this app to check my paystubs and check how much money will be coming in, normally I can check it the day before payday. But there's an issue signing in now, it tells me I can't sign in with a temporary password, I'm not signing in with a temporary password, so I'm not sure what's going on. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and restarted my phone. Please fix bugs so I can be able to see my pay!!!
This app is not working for me When I launch the app, it didn't prompt me to enter my login credentials. A msg appeared saying Please update Android System Webview'. My webview is up-to-date so not sure why it's still asking me to update it
Works good... But 1 major annoyance The functionality of the app itself is fine. I just have one major complaint. Why in the world does ADP constantly ask for my location every time I open the app? Why does it possibly need my location to display my pay stub? And there seems to be no way to tell it "NO" and have it remember my choice. And what functionality am I losing saying no? I haven't seen any.
I used to really like it. Now, I'm locked out. Even though my ID and password are correct. Tried talking to someone at ADP and they refused to do anything. ** It took 7 months, but am able to use the app again. **
