Utterly Useless for me. I just wanted to check my pay stubs, but unless my employer enables that feature (they don't) it doesn't work. I couldn't do anything other than log in. Waste of time. It doesn't help that ADP's website requires a plug-in to show paystubs- a plug-in not supported by Chrome. Welcome to 2017, ADP. Get with the program!
This is a wonderful app, like that it shows my paycheck as well as show me the balance on my pay card. Unfortunately I have one thing in specific I don't like. My job has an incentive card through adp and I wish I could also see that balance on that card as well on my log in.
I work for 2 companies that use ADP. After jumping through hoops and pretending to call for sales, I finally got to talk to a person. I have a few issues with the company, but 2 specifically with the app. 1. You should be able to download paystubs via the mobile app. 2. I have to contact one of my employers and ask them to set up my account so that I can access the other account via the mobile app. It's ridiculous that one employer should be asked to set something up for another.
Your app is in perpetual glitch, your app makes me look like an incompetent fool because of how much it messes up. Please try harder to fix this, I'm tired of filling out messed up time punch sheets Thanks
ADP is great for checking your benefits, allocation of funds and pay schedule. Would rate a 5, but it makes you log in a second time in order to view your check and that's kind of annoying.
It's a good app it keeps me up to date with my pay days, sick ,annual leave and w2 what's all being taken out of pay. Bay far I give it a thumbs up.
