This app has been fine until today. Can't log in. When I click submit after I enter my username nothing happens. So mad. I count on this app and it's mandatory that we use it and it won't even open. Was also so much better when I could log in using a 4 digit code. FIX IT
The program sucks. The updates stink. Can not get a schedule. Bosses do not want to print out schedules even for people without computers at home. Maybe you IT department should find a new career. You did an update to this program and caused everyone more headaches. Either fix the program or give the companies their money back and admitt you have no clue on how to fix the software.
This app is a steaming pile of putrid garbage. There is literally no reason to have it installed on my phone. 80% of the time I can't even get to the log in screen without restarting the app multiple times. If I make it that far and try to punch in or out, the buttons won't work or it will freeze. And then if I am somehow able to clock in or out, it may not even register that I did it. Trash.
This is the worst app! So many people rely on this app to clock in and out of work and can't even do that, let alone anything else on it. It takes me 15 minutes of opening, closing, deleting and reinstalling before I might be able to actually clock in (and it only works 25% of the time). So much wasted money to use adp as our payroll system.
This app is trash. It consistentlycrashes and need to be messed with. Actually, I am currently reinstalling the app as I type this so maybe I can punch in and get my pay started. It has been a headache for everyone on my team especially the guy that has to adjust the times of the employees. I have had to reinstall this app at least 7 times in the last month.
Was working until today got "could not log in unknown error" after reboot and may attempts and an uninstall and reinstall now it hangs on loading... frustrated with this unreliable app. Yes, correct user name and password were used.
