It is very useful for its' exact purpose. I mostly use it for catching up on shows that I missed on TV. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because some of the series' episodes disappeared making it impossible to watch a series. An example of this is Supermansion. It had all of season 1 on there but now only has episode 4 and 13 on there to watch.
If I have to watch the same ad for Silicon Valley one more time I'm going to flip out. Normally 2 or 3 adds per 22 minute show wouldn't be too bad but when it's the same ad over and over again it becomes like a bad twilight zone episode. It's driving me crazy.
The makers of this app need to implement Chromecast support. To say to reviewers that you will take their Chromecast support in consideration is like a music app saying they will take headphone support in consideration. Chromecast is already now... It's not the future.
Not compatible with Android TV and makers as much as said in reply they have no intent to fix. Also no support for Google Cast. These are simple fixes, and this app is pointless without it. Even other irrelevent Turner Broadcasting apps have Chromecast. Cartoon Network app doesn't support Chromecast but still works decent on Android TV. This is just shameful disrespect to your viewers at this point. We already have to pay for Cable or Sattelite to use the app, so why not let us use it how we want to?
Ads play perfectly fine-- actual content rarely buffers into full quality, skips and stutters constantly, and video will freeze with audio still playing, forcing you to restart the video. The app or the backend is horribly broken, whichever is to blame sure makes this app a painful experience.
Doesn't let me sign in with Fios and says I need a higher package. I already have that package and it works fine with all the other cable channel apps with CN and this one as exceptions. Yes, I have the CN channel as part of my package. I am able to watch it fine from my TV
