Aura Pay is used to fast and securely connect your credit card to your FashionTech Jewelry. Once the setup is completed you can use it as a Pay-As-You- Go Jewelry for contactless (NFC) payments.
A maximum amount of 30 Euro ( ~40 USD) is allowed per transaction. After purchase a receipt is automatically sent to your specified email address verifying the transaction.

During the setup process (and thereafter), your credit card information is safely processed by a third party payment processor, Stripe Inc. They are solely and fully responsible according to PCI DSS regulatory standards during transmit, process and storage of payment card data. The user is fully responsible to use all reasonable precautions to prevent the physical loss or theft of the Wearable. In the event that the Wearable is lost or stolen or its digital contents are disclosed to any other person, the Wearable user shall immediately (i). rewoke its credit card linked to Aura Pay by using the “Aura Pay Setup” App (ii). notify AdvaaH Limited of the loss, theft or disclosure together with particulars thereof. The Wearable user shall also notify the Police or equivalent authority of the country or jurisdiction where such loss or theft or disclosure occurred. Any transactions incurred prior to proper report of the loss, theft or disclosure shall be for the Wearable user’s account. AdvaaH limited shall be under no liability to the Wearable user in respect to any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of the Wearable and/or Aura Pay. When rendering our services, the information that we disclose is based on the information provided to us by the payment processor provider. As such, the services the provider gives access to they are fully responsible for updating all rates, availability and other information which is displayed on their website, www.stripe.com. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in performing our services we will not verify if, and cannot guarantee that, all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors, any interruptions, breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our app or otherwise, inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information. The payment processor provider remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the transactions and information displayed on their website (www.stripe.com). Advaah Limited disclaims any liability or responsibility for any transactions with merchants on or through this platform. You cannot derive any rights from any request to, or communication with the merchant or acknowledgement of receipt of any communication or request. Advaah Limited cannot guarantee that any request or communication will be (duly and timely) received/read by, complied with, executed or accepted by the merchant. We are not responsible or liable for (and have no obligation to verify) any wrong, misspelled or inaccurate credit card number. Advaah Limited is not liable or responsible for the remittance, collection, withholding or payment of the relevant taxes due on a transaction or charge to the relevant tax authorities. To the extent permitted by law, these terms and conditions and the provision of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Hong Kong law and any dispute arising out of these general terms and conditions and our services shall exclusively be submitted to the competent courts in Hong Kong. Aura Pay Setup service is rendered by Advaah Limited, which is a private limited liability company, incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong and having its office at 9th floor, Amtel Building 148 Des Voeux Road Central, Central, Hong Kong.
