Ratings and reviews

I like the overall design, but it's very very slow at times. So slow that it impacts functionality and I lose patience and flip over to AutoZone because their app is faster (if not as well designed). Some of the major slowdown is happening when I go to open the app. Which tells me either the system could be improved by a better backend, caching, or you are wasting my time harvesting information and sending it upstream. At any rate it's costing you sales.

Absolutely by far the slowest app I have ever used in my life! I can't even describe how slow this app is. Must still be running on dial-up servers. Literally! And you can't use points in store. So I have to spend a whole 8 hour shift just to find parts to buy. Mind blown! It's no different in store either. Their systems inside the store are just as bad. You would think upgrading would be top priority. No sir, not advanced auto. Go check auto zone. Oh their system sucks too? Well ebay it is.

Pretty good, with a few annoyances. Mainly you have to login every single time (and you have to go out of your way to do it), and it doesn't store credit cards or hint to android to use a saved card--so every purchase you have to enter it again. Outside of that it's pretty good--search is painfully slow but that's the same on the website, so I wouldn't fault the app.
