Save time with the AdvancedMD Patient Kiosk app.
The Patient Kiosk assists your staff with patient check-in, reduces the number of paper documents that need to be scanned into the patient’s chart, and completely integrates with AdvancedMD’s PM and EHR.

Patients use the kiosk app in your office to check in, make payments, update demographics, sign consent forms, and complete intake forms. These items are then immediately available within AdvancedMD PM and EHR.

AdvancedMD Patient Kiosk features include:

· Patient check-in
· Payments, including copayments, payment plans, and patient balance payments
· Patient intake forms, including medication history, assessments, and questionnaires
· Patient consent forms and signatures
· Patient demographic information
· Patient photos and more!

I had accessed the Patient Portal several times on my desktop PC so I was familiar with it. Then I got a text on my Android phone saying a new bill was available with a link to pay. The link opened the familiar Log In screen in Chrome. I logged in but when entering payment info the page went crazy, zooming in to like 1000 times magnification. It was impossible to navigate. At no time was there a "Download the App/Get it on Google Play" prompt like every other website I've ever visited has.

Hardest to use of all telemed platforms I've ever tried. Syncing sound is not automatic or intuitive, nor is anything else, like picture. I hope it gets better, because my favorite provider uses it.

I completed paperwork successfully on my PC laptop. However, when I attempted to log in to the Android app in order to upload images of various ID cards I was asked for a Patient key ??? Why can I not log into the mobile app?
