This is the absolute worst app ever. I set up a payment plan through the app and went to check my bank account to make sure my payment came out properly. Nope, go to check my bill in the app and online and it shows that I don't even have a bill. Then I get a text message saying my payment is due with a link to the bill I've been looking for. Send a message from the app to the billing department and I get no response. Stay with paper billing and away from the app.

Works about half the time. When you look up lab results, if you have more than a few, it takes about 10 minutes to load because for some reason it loads ALL of them first. It's an error every time. After the error you can finally tell the app what date range you're trying to view. Even without that; my login fails about half the time. When checked against the website it's "under maintenance for a few minutes" again. It's a little strange a company as large as Advent can't figure this out.

Location service doesn't work at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice to try and do a video visit, when I clicked on the spot to connect and it asked me for my location I entered my address one time and then the other time had my phone location service do the next one. Both time got the same message saying that this service isn't available in your area with a listing of the states that are covered. I live in Florida which is a covered state!
