Liked the app and know it is helpful. 2 points could be improved: 1. ability to edit the entries. I was in the middle of an entry but left it to go do something. When I came back I came out of the entry and it saved the note but I couldn't finish it. 2. when writing the text for each section make it so the text writes down a page rather than in one line to the side. Apart from that its great.
AMAZING app! Is this CBT? I wouldn't know as I haven't tried it. If it is CBT then it really works. I use it when I have any worry, especially worries about big projects I have to do for my business. This app makes me believe in myself and helpse break downy problems into manageable chunks, so I have a plan of action. If I have a plan of action, and I execute it, then the worry melts away. Honestly, if you are a worrier or suffer from anxiety, you will love this app.
This has been exactly what I was looking for to accompany my CBT sessions! I was so excited I paid for the premium features almost immediately to promote further development. 4 stars as there are still a few features missing I'd like to see: 1. The ability to export my data. It's great that things are being backed up but I have no way of accessing my data outside of the app. 2. The ability to share entries. This feature would be especially useful for my sessions - my therapist has asked if there's a way I can send these to her and so far there is not. 3. Some sort of visual history (ie graph) of the moods I've recorded 4. A web app version. Sometimes I have a lot to say and typing entries out on my phone can be cumbersome and annoying. I had emailed the developer a few months ago with these requests but I never did hear back, which is pretty disappointing. Hopefully I'll get some follow up here.
This app is incredible. So simple yet more helpful to me than I could have ever imagined. I used it for the first time a month ago and what would have been anxiety that would have plagued me for weeks, potentially months, was made completely manageable in a matter of hours. My only critique is that during step 5, there sometimes seems to be a glitch where everything written gets erased and it's really frustrating when you've just poured your heart out and either have to re-write it or have it lost for good. That's the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. Having the ability to sync to the computer would also be a suggestion I'd recommend because typing as much as I often do, it would be much easier and faster on the computer. Overall, easily the best and most useful app I've ever used...and the only one I felt compelled enough to leave a review! Hopefully this helps and encourages someone else to give it a try and bring themselves so much more peace.
It's a really nice app. Would be fantastic if the smiley face showing your mood displayed next to the date so you could easily see how your moods trended over time
This is an amazing cognitive behavioral therapy app I know this is a huge help for my PTSD, MDD and DID I can manage my symptoms much better utilizing your app you helped give me hope to treat myself while going to therapy and seeing my psychiatrist if they is any other features you can think of or suggestions in the reviews you think would be beneficial please add them you helped me so much already but it would only help more if there was a more in depth questioning out of all the nxt apps in Google play you are the most effective for me
