Great, easy to use. my only complaint is that there is no option to view a check (written by me, that has been cashed). to reference what the check was for, I need to refer to paper records or take a photo. other banks store images to easily view. I am happy that I notes at the time of transaction show up in the app (I just need to remember to have the teller add a note).

It really sucks! Takes too long to show a pending payment. Wasn't sure after 3 days if I actually made the payment for my mortgage because it didnt show pending so I made ANOTHER PAYMENT so it wouldnt be late. I actually put my experience on FB and WOW! I AM DEF NOT ALONE! OVER 100 NEGATIVE RESPONSES! Apparently lots of people do NOT LIKE THE APP. Actually thought about changing banks.

it's nice to have an app, but it doesn't seem to work very well for me. The left side menu randomly pops open and covers half my screen. Plus, when I actually do open the menu, the little ad at the top takes a few seconds to appear, and when it does, it shifts all the selections down. I am constantly selecting the wrong thing because of these menu shifts. I woukd say, the App needs some fine-tuning.
