Internet "error" Randomly refuses to connect. Says problem with internet. My phone has internet perfectly fine. Even uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't fix. By the way, I'm an IT professional with over 10 years experience, so I know how to troubleshoot network issues. There's zero wrong with my connection.

This app is incredibly helpful and well put together. I've had very bad health problems occur and was able to leave a message with my doctor and get help quickly each time. It is also very useful for scheduling appointments and viewing appointment notes as well as test results. I seriously love this app, especially since I am chronically ill.

I posted a bad review about two weeks ago... And it's gone missing. The app is no longer operational. This happened two updates ago. After the login page it auto quits every time. I've tried all of the tricks. Nothing fixed it. The app updated a day or so ago and I thought for sure this would be fixed. It wasn't. Now there's two factor authentication but the app quits immediately after that. So, it's still 0% functional.
