How it works?
For example, if you smoke 20 cigarettes a day, that means that you smoke a cigarette approximately every 42 minutes (with hypothesis that you sleep 8 hours a day). After that it will calculate how much you need to extend that period over a time to stop smoking in desired time. After setting initial parameters, hit the green screen when you smoke the cigarette.
When screen is green, you can smoke. Enough of time has passed from the last cigarette. Click to record you smoked and wait for the screen to go green again.
When screen is red, you should not smoke. Try with Tips if it’s hard. If you didn't make it - tap and hold the red screen for 3 seconds. Try harder next period, and don’t break the maximum amount of cigarettes for the day.
Why should you try this method?
Smoking is a habit. Quitting smoking it’s not very simple, but we’re all aware of the fact that we should go no smoking way. This app provides method that is different from just saying I won’t smoke anymore, because that’s really hard. Reduction of nicotine, and stress from no smoking are here coming in small doses.

The quit process
Here’s what we know so far. The science is pretty clear that nicotine replacement therapy helps people stop smoking. But it needs to be taken as directed (many people don’t complete the course) and that means it’s best if you get it from your doctor rather than the pharmacist. But don’t worry if you don’t want to use NRT, this is your quit, you do what works for you. The other golden rule about giving up smoking is to make your mantra ‘not one more puff’. Because one puff almost always leads to more and you’re soon back smoking again. It doesn’t seem to matter how much confidence you’ve got about quitting and nor does it matter if you plan your quit ahead or quit or the spur of the moment. The social support you get from programs such as Stoptober are helpful but what really seems important is getting a real understanding of how much progress you’ve made, all the benefits you gain from giving up smoking and all that you’d have to lose by starting smoking again. Giving you that is the core way this app hopes to keep you smoke free.
E-cigs seem to help lots of people stop smoking. The ones that look like cigarettes seem less effective than ones you get from specialist vape shops. The Smoking Diary displays amount of cigarettes smoked per day and allows to add, edit and remove records about smoking.
Goal section allows to set cigarettes day limit, minimum time between smokes and planned smoking quit date. Goals will help you to quit this habit step by step. Notification system will inform you on the possibility of smoking a cigarette or on the moment when you finally need to quit smoking.
A few active goals interact together and if e.g. you have reached the cigarettes day limit as per one goal, the other one will inform you that you have to wait till the next morning to smoke again.
A simple widget on the desktop allows to list a smoke without opening the main application, displays an amount of smoked cigarettes per day and time passed from the latest smoke.
Pro widget allows to list cigarettes and displays the same data as the main screen of the application.
Both widgets interact with the set goals and will help you to control smoking according to your needs.
Analytics display shows all the data about smoking for the chosen period of time:
- amount of cigarettes smoked
- average rate of the cigarettes smoked
- A diagram, graphically showing all the cigarettes smoked, with moving average displaying smoking dynamics
- A round diagram showing the percentage ratio of the smoked cigarette brands
- amount spent on cigarettes

- how many cigarette brands you have smoked
- how much time one cigarette is smoked
- how often you smoke
- how much time has passed since the last cigarette smoked
- maximum time without cigarette smoking

Options screen offers a lot of features:
- selection of user's currency, new day start setup option
- managing the cigarettes brand list, with possibility to add, edit and delete (the application database contains more than 400 cigarette brands with the preset data on the tar and nicotine content)
- managing the main screen allowing to set the data displayed on the screen
Goals section allows to set new goals connected to the smoking for better process control
Data section where you can reset all the false data and statistics for the defined time period and also export and import statistics
- feedback screen, where you can ask developer any question or send them comments
Help system shows all main application working issues and makes hints concerning all the smoking information displayed
Information about what happens to the body and mind of a person who quit nicotine, is showed by the Events System in "Health" mode.

Relapses: If you smoke a cigarette or relapses and you go back to smoking, in this icon you will find tips on what to do.
