This is by far the worst airline app I've ever used. There is absolutely no testing done on it. Their website is even worse. Notifications for a flight cannot be enabled. Sometimes I am forced to buy a seat instead of skipping. The ticket does not show up after check in. I had to do it multiple times. I got double charged when I actually wanted to cancel a flight. If you have a chance, fly with another airline.

This app is getting worse! I keep turning on flight notifications, i get a message that it was successfully turned on, but when I check the app again it's off, on Android phone, tablet & iPhone. I paid ahead of time for 2 bags but it doesn't show anything on my reservation, so i have to print the receipt. Aeromexico has charged me twice for 1 bag in the past and refused to reimburse. Hopefully this time will be fine.

I get more and more frustrated with this app as time goes on. Parts of it won't translate (same with desktop), and to make things worse, now you get nailed with pop up ads when you're trying to book a flight or get your boarding pass. The last thing you ever want in that situation is a pop up offer, but you're going to get it. I know they were bankrupt at one point, but having to rely on pop up revenue??
