usually very good and very fast. The locker locations keep expanding and growing. I even have 2 choices fairly close by that I can use, which is extremely convenient. pay everything online. There are no lines or restrictions on pickup times once my package is ready. I can simply go to the locker at my leisure within my alloted time that things are available in a locker (Uaually 48 hours) but if an issue arises, i can always ask for a little more time. you should try it for yourself and see.

was scammed out of $95 usd did not receive my package and they refuse to give me a refund, do not ship with this courier service. edit: 3/14/25 -their social media team reached out to me and after further investigation, the refund was received. I will continue doing business with them, thanks.

The worst service ever. I waited all day to collect my package, no one called or emailed but it said was not delivered and returned to office. If you can't make to deliver temu packages why take the contract to do so. Very unprofessional!!!
