terrible, slow and extremely unreliable. it lags like crazy, consumes battery at a fast pace. it takes forever to start videos, it keeps freezing during ads on like 4 of 5 with 13 seconds left, I have to keep closing and reopening the app. then it makes me rewatch the 3 minutes worth of ads, I'm honestly lucky when and if the ads even load and transition without a 5-7 minute battle that eventually ends with me opening and closing the app multiple times.

In a single 21-minute show, there were 5 2 minute ad breaks that showed the same grating commercial over and over for the entire 2 minutes. There is no way to pay to have ads turned off. Also, when the ad break happens, it asks whether you want 2 minutes of ads or one 30 second interactive ad, forcing you to interact with the phone every few minutes and preventing you from just relaxing and enjoying watching a TV show. It's trash.

After upgrading to a new device, this app does not work properly on the new device. Even though I am signed it, it acts like I am not, and receive a message saying "Your browser is either out of date or unsupported Some features may not display properly We support current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and IE 11. With IE 11, video playback will not work on Windows 7." Also, the app switches from landscape to portrait every time a commercial break happens.
