Ratings and reviews

Every time I try to log in, it says "System temporarily unavailable". I can log in to the website, so it's not "unavailable". Completely useless. Update: 60 days later, still "temporarily unavailable". Don't have time to work with developers to debug their own app. It should just work (like every other app on my phone). Uninstalling permanently.

The app worked for me the very first time I used it and for the past several weeks every time I try to log in it tells me there's a technical error and to try again later. it has a way to submit feedback on the app. I let them know of the issue 2 weeks ago and never heard anything back and have continued to receive the same error. I can log into the website just fine, but the app just DOES NOT work 😒.

This app is completely non functional! my 88 y/o mother has this insurance. She is not computer literate, therefore I handle all her accounts. We've not been able to log into this app for months! it has been experiencing technical issues every single time we've attempted to log in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times to no avail. This is very frustrating!
