Ratings and reviews

Really, really bad search function. Deeply unintuitive UI, and that's coming from a tech-savvy 22 year old. I can't imagine how hard it would be to navigate for older folks. Why does searching individual practices not show the correct results? Or even individual practitioners? I have to sort through huge lists of providers instead. Really bad.

I use a password manager and 2 step verification. When changing apps to get my password, the app clears my username. That isn't a big deal. The big issue is when changing apps to copy the code for 2 step verification. When coming back to the Aetna Health app, you are back at the login screen, requiring you to enter your username and password again.

Every time I try to log in, it says "System temporarily unavailable". I can log in to the website, so it's not "unavailable". Completely useless. Update: 60 days later, still "temporarily unavailable". Don't have time to work with developers to debug their own app. It should just work (like every other app on my phone). Uninstalling permanently.
