I started the 7 day free trial and forgot to cancel so ended up paying 5.99 for the month. I canceled the subscription so I wouldn't be charged for the next month and it canceled my subscription immediately and didn't refund me and I can't access the content because it says my account is inactive. Basically I was charged for a month and unable to watch anything. Terrible app.

I love documentaries. I have the history channel app and sign in with a cable provider to watch stuff. I hoped this would have the same shows but no commercials. The selection is limited. Could use a feature to turn off auto play, make subtitles an option for the whole app instead of per episode, a what's new and what's coming section, what's popular now, and so much more. My first couple times using the app I thought the app froze on the banner but it's a loading screen, add loading animation

No auto play for watching series, e.g. Modern Marvels. Does not effectively pick up in the same spot when stopping and picking up again later. Simple functions like pause/play sometimes do not work, forcing you to open and use something like Google Home to make it do what you want. On top of that, the service lacks a lot of the shows I was hoping to find from back when The History Channel was actually good.
