This app simulates how it can be to live with autism. With the help of AR, the app shows how sounds, people and things in your surroundings can be perceived by someone with the diagnosis.
Autism is a diagnosis that is included in the autism spectrum and is perceived completely individually. The app is therefore not an attempt to reproduce an exact truth, because it is impossible. But it is an initiative to give a better understanding of how it can be to live with the diagnosis. In this way, we can create a safer environment for people with autism.
Autism Me works best with a pair of VR glasses and headphones.
