Affect is more than a sobriety app or sober tracker. It is the first integrated addiction recovery app to provide a full outpatient treatment program with rewards as you make progress. You don't have to go to rehab to stop drinking and using drugs. Affect puts a recovery program right in your pocket.

Through our scientifically-proven approach, you can learn to manage, reduce, and quit alcohol, cannabis, stimulants like meth and cocaine, opioids like heroin, or pain killers and other prescription medications. Affect gives you the support you need to get sober, improve your mental health, and build healthy habits.

The program is private, confidential, convenient, highly effective, delivered entirely through your smartphone, and covered by insurance. The addiction recovery app is free to use without enrolling in the treatment program.

Amazing (albeit minimal) incentive each and every day to at least log in and answer a couple questions regarding your use. Whether you're trying to completely stop using, or just decrease your usage, they can and will help. Even if your insurance isn't accepted for full counseling support you can still use their app, for free! Honestly, just having that little bit of accountability really set things in motion for me....

it's completely virtual and once you fill out the initial form they call you and you have their number. I don't have medicaid and my insurance covers this very well I pay $25 a month. but you also earn money! it's filled with a lot of education and a very supportive community. if you need records shared that's easy as well. You can't go wrong.
