Amazing (albeit minimal) incentive each and every day to at least log in and answer a couple questions regarding your use. Whether you're trying to completely stop using, or just decrease your usage, they can and will help. Even if your insurance isn't accepted for full counseling support you can still use their app, for free! Honestly, just having that little bit of accountability really set things in motion for me....

If u have an addiction problem and u want to be free of the burden, this app can help u do that. Affect app helps to keep treatment discreet with all the help and support u need- right at ur fingertips. Doing everything thru video chats couldn't be more convenient! I couldn't have managed without it 💯❤️

I've had a positive experience with Affect the two months I've been using them. My only complaint is that the rewards program is glitching for me and occasionally doesn't pay out as it advertises but I'm still okay with doing the "challenges" even if they no longer pay me out. They're also very attentive if you have to contact the help desk (for the most part but my request for the duel diagnosis program submitted from my Dr and counselor but haven't enrolled or contacted me in a month).
