Affinity Savings and Loans has been very solid for me. Transfers to my bank account are completely free, no matter the amount, which is a huge advantage. Services are smooth and customer-friendly. The only improvement I’d suggest is adding a credit card option. Overall, very reliable and cost-effective.

I thought I was not going have a take on app rating but the customer service from the financial service is so poor and unprofessional. Assisting clients to help carry out a problem is very basic yet non existent to be specific Dorothy at this financial firm is so very poor at her job. Many accounts will be forfeited if this really goes on. You can't even have your Ghana card verification done on the app on opening an account whiles other apps with better UX are achieving so without going out.
