Ratings and reviews

Log in slow, frustrating and virtually impossible. Does not accept password and pass code registers as incorrect, if one tries to backspace. What should be and has been useful is now useless. Revised rating: I must credit the speed of the KLM response. It shows that they are concerned. When they can get the app issues resolved, I will change my opinion accordingly.

Technical issues on their end when booking flights online. It always happens JUST before payment. When you call the call center they politely let you know that the same flight is double or triple the price. They suggest clearing cookies, cache, etc or trying a different search engine or a different device. I've tried it all and it doesn't work. False advertising that's blatant beyond belief. Humungous timewasters! Edit: I'm boosting my review to 3 stars since, after 5 days of trying, it works

The app is ok, but it suffers from slow starts even when connected to 5G network. When a passenger is in a fast moving boarding queue the apps covers the GUI with a spinner that blocks access to showing boarding passes. Shimmering while loading but showing the access to the boarding passes could be better in combination w some local secure storage
