Horrible customer service. Never again will I fly with klm. Not enjoyable to pay for a service and not receive it. Spent 3 days trying to resolve it through whatsapp. Shown the price for light and standard. I paid for standard. Did not receive it. Shown the error with screen shots and the amount I paid, clearly showing standard was purchased. Only to be told that I'll have to purchase it again and there's nothing that can be done about it. Not interested in paying twice for a service.

The app has been improving, but it's very inconsistent in the functions available per screen. For example, sometimes you can edit your loyalty number and/or seat and sometimes not.

Luggage tracker is worse than useless. "Your baggage is being handled" is not nearly descriptive enough when you land in Chicago and find out from a baggage handler that your bags never made it into a flight in Paris. Either give the last scanned location (preferably an entire history) confirming it made it to a given flight or airport, or don't try at all.
