Horrible customer service. Never again will I fly with klm. Not enjoyable to pay for a service and not receive it. Spent 3 days trying to resolve it through whatsapp. Shown the price for light and standard. I paid for standard. Did not receive it. Shown the error with screen shots and the amount I paid, clearly showing standard was purchased. Only to be told that I'll have to purchase it again and there's nothing that can be done about it. Not interested in paying twice for a service.

Seems pretty good! One complaint is I use two phones when travelling just in case something goes wrong with one, but the boarding pass seems to only be available to the first phone I downloaded it to. The other phone says to pick up the boarding pass at the airport. Other airline apps (example: United) do not have this behavior. I rarely use KLM so perhaps this was a fluke, but if not, I'd suggest changing it to support the backup phone use case.

Terrible customer support and awful app. First off, inputs are extremely hard to spot, sort out your UX! Unable to change flight, unhelpful error messages, information alerts which either don't make sense or do not relate. Cannot get through on phone numbers suggested. Why put a number if it doesn't work or connect?
