Log in slow, frustrating and virtually impossible. Does not accept password and pass code registers as incorrect, if one tries to backspace. What should be and has been useful is now useless. Revised rating: I must credit the speed of the KLM response. It shows that they are concerned. When they can get the app issues resolved, I will change my opinion accordingly.

Judging by most recent reviews the QC and design is pretty poor. I don't see the point of this app if it can't display a boarding pass and it can't email the PDF either. KLM should look at what their partner airline Delta provides. The problem goes beyond the phone app, the whole user experience is bad. The app said to use a kiosk at the airport to print boarding passes but no kiosk exists. So you have to go to the baggage check with everyone else checking bags when I had already checked in.

The app looks clean and navigates easily, but when trying to make a booking some buttons don't activate and there is no message why not. This caused me to retry booking a flight 4 times 🙁. The payment options connecter to the flight are not as transparent as I would like, and the link to the authentication for my payment card feels like it opens up a scam window. I hope things go smoother during check in, as it has before during an older version of the app.

What's new

We've rearranged our app's menu: Flight status has a more prominent place. We've also refreshed the "Account" section. Among other things, expect a fully revamped design of the Flying Blue dashboard.

Want to add a delightful culinary twist to your flight? You can now buy your favourite meal in advance.

This update also includes some bug fixes and performance improvements. If you run into any trouble, please take a minute to share your feedback.
