Ratings and reviews

Horrible customer service. Never again will I fly with klm. Not enjoyable to pay for a service and not receive it. Spent 3 days trying to resolve it through whatsapp. Shown the price for light and standard. I paid for standard. Did not receive it. Shown the error with screen shots and the amount I paid, clearly showing standard was purchased. Only to be told that I'll have to purchase it again and there's nothing that can be done about it. Not interested in paying twice for a service.

App looks good and available flights are clearly shown, but when I select a flight, I don't see enough details. I selected return as well, still no details. Only the total duration, and information that there are 2 stopovers. I could not find information on where the stopovers are, and for how long.

The app's fine. pretty "industry stamdard". but too many irritating gmi or glitches like "save my details for next time" boxes that don't; a request for a phone number that throws a faulty if you put "+" instead of "00" and so on.
