Ratings and reviews

Every time I want to access tickets that I have PAID for I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to log in and access them. Overnight the same process as it can't handle being logged into the ticket site for more than 2 hours. Been this way for years, never changes. Seeing as you can't access tickets in PDF via the desktop site, app only, this is a horrible and lazy "access" to club members.

App is powered by Telstra, so it's no wonder it performs like the West Coast Eagles, woeful. Trying to apply filters for Membership and the screen will not clear to enable the packages to be viewed. Downloaded today and already uninstalled it.

Getting worse and worse. Can't access tickets, goes round in circles, tells me to update password, then doesn't allow log in on the updated password. Was able to finally get in for R1 but R3 the dance has started all over again. It never "remembers you" and now saying my password has expired after less than two weeks. Horrible experience. All I want is an easy way to get my digital ticket. And don't get me started on needing to access location all of the time...!
