I just downloaded the app. It doesn't work. When I open the app, I can see a bunch of things to select (Aflac Always, My Policies, My Claims, Settings, etc) but when I click on any of them, it goes no where. All I see is a little picture of a piece of paper and then a little picture of a calendar page---essentially it is trying to "load" the page but nothing happens. It will keep trying to "load" the page until it times out. Developers clearly don't care to fix it...many negative reviews.

App will not let me open messages in message center. It shows that it is loading then goes back go normal screen. Also had a lot of trouble filling claims. It would not let me upload documents. It just closes out of the app entirely. When it does this it submits the claim without documents. Very frustrating! Needs a lot of improving. 1 star is pushing it as it will not let you do anything!

One star is a bit too high to rate this so called "App", it doesn't work whatsoever. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall, I've tried closing the app reopening it, and nothing. When you have an injury and you're trying to file a claim or view your messages or anything at all, the app just tries to load any category without success. It used to work in the past. Now it is completely useless. HORRIBLE.
