I'd give it a 5 star if only it did 2 things, viz: 1. I tried severally to pay my PHED power bill, but it never works; called CS, too! Remove service if you can't! 2. I am notified every time I log in to upgrade my wallet to a higher limit. I really want that, but once I click continue, it spins forever! Typing this by 5 am, just because I tried again, and the same thing happened. Thought maybe your systems are congested in the daytime, but no, it just doesn't work. I've tried severally, too!

Your experience on the PHED power bill could be due to network glitch. You can upgrade to tier2 by clicking on your name tab on the App and click on the "Upgrade wallet" tab and follow the prompt upgrade process or upgrade to tier3 by clicking on your name and click the "Upgrade wallet" and capture your NIN slip and proof of address.

Initially, I was not enjoying it, the kobo doesn't add up or subtract, only the naira side. There also use to be ommition of some transactions in the history. I found it difficult to upgrade found it difficult to upgrade from Tier 2 to 3. With the upgrade and introduction of "Saver" which adds interest, I have found the App worth the while, useful and interesting to use. I recommend it.

my experience has been awesome, this is the only Bank app you can use without your mobile data. all you need to do is just to switch on your mobile data and select airtel as your browsing choice, and you are good to go. secondly, the app is easy to navigate through. when I mean easy like it's super easy. . the only problem I have with the app is that sometimes, it stops on my device, and it does not work well sometimes but not every time generally it is one of the best bank apps to trust. ☺️🔉🔉
