I've been really pleased with the Africell app—it’s reliable, easy to use, and perfect for sending money or buying airtime, especially when I’m on Wi-Fi. The only downside is that, after a transaction, the recipient number isn’t shown in the history—only the amount. For a business, this makes it difficult to confirm who the airtime went to. I hope this gets fixed soon, because otherwise, it’s a fantastic app!

This app is great! It's very friendly and easy to navigate. One thing, though: please developers, try and add credit and debit card features (virtually) to the app. I believe it will give the app a significant boost 😤. The world is digital now, such features are mandatory for online purchases.

Was very good at first, just a few days it started misbehaving, rejecting passwords and when you proceed to forgot password in order to reset it takes hours to send a verification code and when it finally arrives the code has already expired. secondly if you manage to log in you'll not have access to your account, you'll get something like "Failed, Unexpected Error". No matter how much you seek customer support it never gets fixed..
