The app is very intuitive and simple to use, just enter your Africell number and you'll get an SMS with a verification code, enter it in the app and you're in.

Ratings and reviews

This new version is just amazing. The only thing I am not comfortable about is the app not erasing our password after logging out of a device. This literally means if you login into someone else's device, that device can still login back once you click on "login" even without inputting your password. Yep, that's why I rate it 2 stars!

Why would you have a money wallet when transactions are difficult to reverse. The policy says it takes 72 hours yet mine took more than 3 days and still left in limbo just to call customer care and them telling me it should takes more than 3 days

First it was your website, then the app. This thing keeps on saying something went wrong. If you need help fixing that bug i am happy to help.. But its very annoying and unprofessional
