You want energy to be arranged quickly and properly. And you can do that best, right? Good news, this is possible with the free Eneco App. Because in the app you can easily adjust your own data or submit your meter readings. And you will find an overview of all your payments.

And not only that, if you have a smart meter, we also show you exactly how much you use and what it costs. Because energy is one of the largest fixed costs and you can save a lot on it. With the standings you can find out how you are doing. With smart and traditional meters. Are you following suit, or are you consuming a little too much? And you can do that check every month.

Ratings and reviews

Since the new updates they did and my contract renewal, the app doesn't show the dashboard anymore and interim readings. Help through chat is useless, it says it's the problem with my meter, which is untrue, my meter is fine. It used to be possible to contact Customer Service Through the chat and now you need to wait till they call you back. Huge downgrade of the app and the service. I regret extending my contract.

Eneco took a perfectly working website and killed it for what? The app is horribly slow. The app support doesn't work. The give feedback button in the app does nothing. You are forced to use the app instead of the website as the site has been disabled. Due to this I made my review a 1 star from a 3. I dislike being forced to use an app if there was a website that worked and was a lot faster than the app.

Wel, when the data is not yet available, that should be stated. 0 kW used is true but "data not available" would be better imho.
