Ratings and reviews

Another company where as soon as you move countries, the ability to change region doesn't exist and it becomes a big hassle. Edit: Changing to 1 star. Wants you to pay what's owed but will straight up prevent you doing so with an overseas card; even as a one-off. If you like to travel, avoid Afterpay and use a credit card instead - Afterpay is soon to be treated as a line of credit anyway. Also, an app is not always better compared to a desktop website so stop pretending.

Afterpay is Brilliant. App is unnecessary. Using the website on my phone is much more user friendly, I don't have to fight through heaps of ads to try find the way to see my upcoming payments. I don't understand the reason for the app. And it's one of those horrendous ones where you can't close out of it.

I can never open this app smoothly. It opens up but then just shows a blue screen with the afterpay logo, nothing else happens. If I try log into the app via Google a message just pops up 'something has gone wrong. Try again'. I have a payment to make (I've never missed any payments with Afterpay) It's due tomorrow and if your app and website continue to keep me out, how am I expected to pay my bill???
