Afterpay is Brilliant. App is unnecessary. Using the website on my phone is much more user friendly, I don't have to fight through heaps of ads to try find the way to see my upcoming payments. I don't understand the reason for the app. And it's one of those horrendous ones where you can't close out of it.

I love AfterPay as a service and I've used it for many years, but to be honest: the app UI in its current form is garbage compared to previous versions. Everything is WAY too big now - it feels like it's been made to be accessible to those with poor vision and dexterity, which in of itself is a good thing to have, but with no option to switch it to a smaller scale if you don't have such problems... It makes the app a pain to use. The smaller, more compact scale showed far more info at a glance.

I'll say up front that I've had no issues at all with the actual service that afterpay provides. However, it is like pulling teeth trying to use the app. every time that I go to open the app I am confronted with issues, whether that be that it has forgotten my login details, won't let me login at all or it decides to have issues with my payment details that I know for a fact are correct and that I have enough money to make my payments. TLDR; app sucks, service doesnt
