Login crap, submission handy, follow up not possible Login is almost impossible (security code not working), once you get through helpline they can get you in (annoying and time consuming). Submission itself is quick and pracrical, however it is impossible to follow up on a submitted claim and let say supplement an additional document. I gave 3* to support the effort by Allianz to eliminate paperwork, but the app quality is rather between 2* and 3* only
What's this farce? Can not log in and the password reset won't work? Why don't use card?
Its a piece of Crap. It has several issues from the very first version and developer did not resolve those at all. 1) Why the app did not give the option just after installation for Login or Register? It assumes that who install the app is the first time user and force to the registration window. 2) Taking the picture for claiming only using their intelligently !!! Designed app is a nightmare. The photo dimension is way far from the reality. If you don't know how to resolve it, Please allow uploading from device. 3) Once you have submitted the claim it will disappear. You will not have any option to follow-up or even have a list of claims with submission date. This should be one of the simplest and necessary function in such app. Please have some common sense in app development, at least see how other similar app works if you don't have the idea. 4) Passowrd retrival system never works from the app. To Allanz: Please develop at least a usable app with the help from professionals, don't always think of saving money.
Cannot claim I cannot claim because I have to take a photo for the invoice from the app only! The app just stretches the photo, which make its quality bad
