It's ok. It used to be a great app but now it doesn't really work. I'm always on the road and the app doesn't track my milage according to what I drive, by the end of the day it shows me that I have driven 12 miles when I have actually driven more than 65 miles. I'll give it a try and if it continues to do the same I'll just delete it.

App update. This app still sucks. It worked fine for my first trip, a roadtrip. Since then it has logged about 45% of my trips. It stops logging when I'm at stop signs or red lights and ends the trip. Never to pick up again when I start moving again. This app is a waste of space on your phone. Beware of this battery drain. Also I have the app connected to cell data and wifi is always on.

Ever since they changed the point system to sweepstakes entries only, it's totally screwed up everything. I have enough points to buy a huge whopping $5 gift card and about 2000 points leftover because they changed the system. I could give a rats ass about the sweepstakes because I've never won shit from them and it's only a gimmick. Uninstalling the app because it's pretty pointless now. They made a HUGE mistake by switching the points system.

It was a great concepts when We were able to get gift cards for our points, mind you just when i almost had enough points for my first gift card they changed everything and started adding my point to a sweepstake section. Im done with the app not only was I not notified of this change in advancebut the swweepstakes seem ridiculous to me. Why would i drain my phones battery to accumulate points to enter sweepstakes that i probably will never win. Never even go my first giftcard. No Thank You its time to delete.

WAS an excellent background app that had little dent on my battery life and data plan. Then they moved to a sweepstakes model and stopped the ability to work towards gift cards. Not worth it, and I'll look forward to the next big app that offers hard incentives.

Terribly dissatisfied. It started out nice but my guess is too many people got gift cards so they started figuring out ways to screw users over. It doesn't accurately track miles. It continuously increased the number of points needed for gift cards and now it seems like the only option is to turn points in for entries in a sweepstakes. I'd love to hear from someone who has actually won one of their sweepstakes :/

This app no longer gives giftcard only points to raffle. Not worth the data and battery loss anymore. Even worse it tracks your miles even when you don't click the app.... it runs in the background.
The biggest issue I see this app isn't tracking all my mileage. It roughly picks up half of what is actually driven in a day. So its not very accurate! I do a lot of driving and would already have my first $5 gift card in a week but it only shows half of what was actually driven! Poor design, they need to fix the bugs in it!zzz Not to mention now they look some of my points and forced them under sweepstakes. I had no desire to join the sweepstakes instead was holding my points to do a bunch of gift cards at once. I will be redeeming all points and uninstalling app. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP.
When I go to check out / redeem gift card, my points are stuck at 1247 points, however I have over 4000 points. No matter how many miles or points I get I am still stuck at 1247 at checkout. Not worth it going to delete !
Drains your battery and your patience. Had over 25,000 points until the update....now I have 52. WTF? None of my trips will upload since April 2nd. Fix this crap or it is getting reported!
It was great, until after I got my first gift card. Now my points don't go up & my miles aren't being tracked. I get a few miles if I'm lucky. I've talked to service reps, but they don't give me answers. My gc points have been 911 for about 4 or 5 months now. I see I'm not the only one after going back to read others' reviews. Everyone is complaining about the same thing!
I have complained several times about not getting credited. They have all kinds of excuses not to give you the correct mileage. I hate the sweepstakes and just want the gift cards. My points haven't changed in a while. I have enough for a gift card but they made it so I have to do the sweepstakes. Letting my points sit until they fix it.
Wortgless garbage dont waste your time. I drive 12000+ miles a month installed January and says i only have 30000 miles, can only imagine how hard it is for regular people to earn points for 1 in 50000 chanve sweepstakes. Worthless pointless garbage. Burn in hell for changing from gift cards
What's the point since you can't redeem these points for gift cards any more? It's now just a waste of storage and battery, and now I have points that are wasted since I can't redeem for gift cards! Ugh! No thanks! Done!
App is a great idea but thats where it ends. App doesn't track your miles and when it does it's completely inaccurate. Does not give you the points you earn & finally once you somehow overcome every obstacle to earn enough points for a gift card of course they dont send it/you never receive it. Good Luck with this app maybe you'll have better luck than the rest of us.
I lover this app when it first came out. Now it is a waste of time. From gift cards to sweepstakes no thanks. I'm not using all my data and helping out the company for absolutely nothing.
Don't bother with this app. It was good at first but now it doesn't even track my miles anymore. I've been ripped off from so many miles. Customer service is absolutely useless with their copy and paste responses.
I joined MileUp when they initially started, and gave out gift cards; even earned one! Like many business models that offer rewards, a constant payout of actual money is hard to sustain. However, even though it's a bit of a bummer to not get cash or gift cards, the contest prizes are worth staying on for! My only issue with this app is that it uses more background battery than I'd prefer, but since 99% of the time my phone is plugged in (since I drive for Lyft), it seems like a great way to potentially win some awesome goodies! Just know that if you install this app, it is a contest app versus a cash rewards app specifically.
Useless! All you get for draining your battery is sweepstakes entries. Not worth my time & money. Was great when you at least could get gift cards. Don't download this app!
Freaking rip off!!! I installed this app because I thought, "Awesome!!! I'm a truck driver so I'm definitely going to reap some points on this!!!" A couple weeks after installing, they changed the point system. Then, for some reason, it's like they put a cap on my points. I have my data and location on all the time due to the use of other apps I use. I drive the miles on the challenges, but don't get the points for the miles, nor the challenge. It's a complete ripoff and a scam. My advice... don't fall for their "carrot on a stick"!!?
This was such a good app and the payout was good. Now we're being cheated from points. Your points no longer get you gift cards. Just entries into prizes that you know you won't win. Not fair at all!! Please go back how it was before! If not I will no longer be using the app. So angry right now!
Uses a lot of battery. They switched from giving gift cards to your points being only good for sweepstakes. Honestly how many ppl win those. App is s waste of time
At first I would have gave this app a 5 star rating but right now it has me going crazy. All my points are only redeemable for the sweepstakes entries. I want to be able to redeem gift cards like I used to
I just traveled 1500 miles and it didn't log ANY of them. It hasn't caught up in over a month. Lame!
App was great before the last update. When it changed to enter to win prizes my points for gift cards hasn't changed in about a month. My points to enter a drawing have went up a thousand points.. in two months I had made enough for 2 gift cards now I'm at a stand still.. **update..deleted the app... still stuck at 1046 points for gift card.. not worth it!!
Easy to use, Gift cards for doing basically what you already do everyday (drive). Great customer service! had 1 tracking issue was resolved quickly. Wish there were more challenges to make points faster but who's complaining its free gift cards :) love it!! Since the update I liked the giftcards better.
No more gift cards. All you can use your points for now are sweepstakes. Which is pointless. Delete
When you go to enter a contest or sweepstakes, a calendar pops up with the current date and you have to literally go back month by month by month year by year by year to your birthday which could take literally a half hour. Either this is of bad glitch in their system or it's a scam.
No longer interested, not fan of sweepstakes. Gift cards are better. Also the app didn't track all my driving. I would be missing a day or sometimes a weekend...
Made the mistake of my points getting switched from gift card redemption to sweepstakes and you cant switch it back. It must happen a lot because its on there help page. App was awesome until that happen.
Ruined the app by switching to sweepstakes instead of actual prizes. The gift cards were not high dollar amounts but it was better than winning nothing
I really enjoyed the app before it was updated with sweepstakes. Which i believe is unfair because we dont know if those are real winners or are you guys just baiting us. Now all of a sudden my actual gift card points are significantly impacted. For all the driving i do i should have way more points. So it doesn't add up. I don't want to enter sweepstakes i downloaded the app in exchange for gift cards. Im getting ready to delete the app. Not to mention all tbe people i referred and never received my points and yes i know these people have drove the required mileage. It was good without sweepstakes maybe when you guys decided to go back to just gift cards ill return.....
Killed my battery and used 1/3 of a GB in about 10 days. I can't keep an app that uses 1 GB for a chance to win prizes. Not as good as it was before when you could actually earn gift cards.
This app is pretty great. I mean I live 10 miles out of town and my boyfriend lived 10 miles from me. So driving to and from his house and town makes it worth it to have the app. So far I haven't seen any inconsistencies with my account with lack of miles. Even so, I don't even open the app but every couple days and then put my points towards the sweepstakes. Personally though, I think this app should offer gift cards or a PayPal cash back often. Example: Every 20 miles you drive, you receive $1 towards a gift card or towards your PayPal.
I think this might be a highschoolers project. The app worked until I had enough points to get a prize, now I can't see the redemption screen. Tech support for over a month. When they finally respond, it's "download the latest update, wait 15 minutes, try again on WiFi and send a screenshot, repeat." On about the 3rd cycle now. I don't even care anymore, I just want to see how long they will keep doing it.

I personally do not know why you changed the reward system from earning gift cards to now your points are used for Sweepstake entries. Before you at least have the option to either redeem your points for gift cards or sweepstakes and entries.
**Update 5/28.... drove over 500 miles this past week. Only got 100 recorded. Over 1200 points I miss out on. They won't help. Now they are putting up fake reviews to up their rating. *Update 3/22** Got a message from them that said that soon we can *"purchase the remaining points we need"* to get a gift card. Now I know it's a SCAM if they're after money for points we were supposed to get for free. And the rating is now down to 2.3 after a week....they just don't care.... **New review**...after 2 months things have changed so much! Now your points only go towards a "sweepstakes entry" for prizes you are not guaranteed b/c 1000s of other people are entering as well. Sent an email a week ago...still no answer....their rating was 4.8 when I signed up...now it is 3.3. You would think they would get the hint....
Since you've eliminated the gift card option, this app is a waste of time. Not to mention I have yet to receive my points from 5 referrals that I've sent! Very misleading....
Not worth the download. I drive over 300 miles a day sometimes. So far it has tracked it pretty well. It doesn't update the miles immediately though. The redeem process seems easy as well.
