Well, it could use some UI/UX REDESIGN tho... Over all it's good but it kinda confuse me how I can add point and such. And what if customers want to open few hotels at the same time to, u know, it's easier for them to do it that way with browser. Tab design should be much more practical.
Agoda Scam Scam Alert Since 2014, app failed to give out rewards points even if user did login using the app. Agoda kept denying and push blame to customer. Finally admitted the app got system errors but errors persists for months. It is clear that Agoda is not doing anything so they can continue to scam customers! Straightforward, hassle-free Clean interface, fast search results. Only slight downside was that I couldn't make payment using a debit card Visa, as I really do not like using credit cards
Always error booking/payment Always shown, "There is an error when processing your payment. Please try again or select new payment method". The problems is, that 2 method always give me the same errors. I figure out it only happened with the saved ccard selected. So, I manually inserting my ccard info to get it confirmed booking. So, please fix it, it not convenience at all because of this bug.
Does what it should really well Much better experience than the web. Good job on the mobile exclusive deals. Consider making the app most resilient when you stop half way and get back to resume later. Had to redo booking a few times cos the app reloaded between sessions. If this gets reaolved...it would be a stars for me.
