This app feels like a complete bait-and-switch. They advertised 25% off my first purchase if I registered after buying, I followed all the steps immediately after After registering, I received absolutely nothing — no discount, no credit, no support. What makes it even worse is that the purchase instantly became non-refundable the moment payment went through. That feels incredibly shady and misleading. The whole experience was basically “click and pay”

Bait & switch empty promises. Scam. AVOID. They offered a 16% discount for my first booking, and when I clicked on that, it just showed hotel listings and any space you would be able to use any promos or codes simply does not exist in the app. After an hour, support confirmed no promo was applied, refused to retroactively apply the coupon, and to use the promo on my next booking. Liars.

Agoda facilitates hotel scams! ​Agoda facilitates hotel scams! The listed price is a total lie. At check-in, I was forced to pay a massive "resort fee" that nearly doubled my rate. Agoda deliberately hides these fees to trap you when it’s too late to rebook. To make matters worse, the hotel was a filthy, noisy dump right under an airport flight path. Agoda does zero vetting and profits off bait-and-switch tactics. Deleting this app immediately. Do not trust them!
