I was billed a different price to what was quoted. When I tried to call there was a 30 minute wait to get through. I won't use again
Pagoda hooked me with a low rate, after clicking, the price went up a little over $10....then when I went to check in it was yet another $14. So the supposed cheap price of $55 ended up being over $77!! AND the hotel wanted $150 and $77 up front! I've rented many hotel rooms and I've never had to pay $230 up front! App should have all relative info about hotel rooms and prices should be all inclusive, no surprises. Deleted
The customer service has been very bad. Not helpful at all. It used to be good before. But sad it get worsen...
Worst hotel app ever. Booked a hotel via the app. Confirmation mail showing us different dates. Calling agoda and sending emails to agoda doesn't help. Money gone!
Everytime when it comes to payment authorisation part, doesnt seem to work no matter how long you wait.
Efficient but can improve. I like the search tool, but it can be better if we can search (for availability and price) within the favourites/bookmarked hotels only. Furthermore, if favourites can be grouped per destination/city, as displaying all hotels bookmarked of all cities reduces convenience. Also, from the search filter it should add "Breakfast included" choice.
Payment not work at all...doesn't matter which methods used...! Should be fixed asap...!
Some things are better left unchanged - like exclusive access to the best deals on 1.4M+ hotels and vacation rentals worldwide. Deals so good we can't even show them on our own website!
