**AgriZameen — measure your land and keep the record**
Someone says the plot is four bigha. Someone else says three and a half. Nobody has
a number anyone trusts. This app is for that moment.
**MEASURE, TWO WAYS**
• Tap each corner on a satellite map — the shape closes itself and the area updates as you go
• Or switch on walk mode and trace the boundary with your phone's GPS as you walk the edge
• Undo removes a point, so you can work around an obstacle without starting again
**THE AREA, IN THE UNIT YOU ARGUE IN**
• Bigha and acre together, with square metres
• Built-in converter for biswa, gaj, hectare, square feet and more
• Bigha is not one size in India — the converter asks which state you mean
**A SITE PHOTO THAT KNOWS WHERE IT WAS TAKEN**
• The camera stamps the position on the photo
• Attach it to a saved plot, or send it from your own phone
**YOUR PLOTS, ON YOUR PHONE**
• Save a measurement with a name and notes
• Sort by newest, largest or name; show them all on one map
• Compare two plots side by side
• Export to PDF or CSV
**BELT GIS MAP**
• The GIS Map tab opens the AgriZameen Belt Explorer for the Phulera–Sambhar corridor:
village boundaries, land cover from OpenStreetMap, our own listings, measurement and
a locate-by-Google-link pin
• Boundaries and areas there are indicative, never a revenue record
**WORKS WITHOUT A SIGNAL**
Measuring, the converter and your saved plots work offline. Online features are the map
tiles, the place name for a point, elevation, and nearby development read from public map
data — each request sends only a coordinate.
**PRIVATE BY DEFAULT**
No account. No sign-up. Plots, photos and notes stay in the app's storage on your device;
AgriZameen keeps no copy and cannot see them. Deleting the app deletes them. No advertising.
**WHAT THIS APP IS NOT**
AgriZameen is a private company. This is **not a government app**, it is not affiliated with
or endorsed by any land-records department, and it does not issue any official document.
A measured area is indicative — useful for a decision, never a substitute for the revenue
record. Before any transaction, confirm the area, boundary and ownership on the official
state portals and at your Tehsil or Patwari office.
Sources used by the app, each on the screen that uses it: OpenStreetMap and Esri World
Imagery (map tiles), Nominatim and Photon (place name for a coordinate), Open-Elevation
(elevation), OSM Overpass (nearby development).
