Features include access to your member ID card, doctor information, important health reminders and records, and medicine cabinet. It also has a useful tool to help make every doctor’s visit valuable. The AHC mobile app makes every doctor’s visit easier for AmeriHealth Caritas members:
• ID card - Get access to an electronic copy of your member ID card.
• Medicine cabinet - Keeps track of your medicines, lists how to use them, prescription history, and schedules medication reminders. It also lets you know how certain medicines interact with each other and lists medicine warning labels.
• Find - This is a search tool to help you look for a network doctor, hospital, pharmacy, specialists, or urgent care center.
• My Doctors – Get access to your doctors like Primary Care Physician and your Care Manager
• Care and Program Reminders – Provides you with alerts through the mobile app when you have triggered a care gap
• Health History – Review up to 6 months of care team visits and hospital stays
• Resources – Provides an overview of the digital and community resources available to you
• Phonebook – A list of important phone numbers for you to contact your health plan
